Requirements:

  • 7+ years of professional experience in building and scaling backend systems.
  • Strong expertise in Python, Django, PostgreSQL, or similar backend technologies.
  • Proven experience in architecting, designing, and optimizing backend services for production environments.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (preferably GCP), data pipelines, and orchestration tools such as DBT.
  • Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
  • A self-driven professional with a strong sense of ownership, capable of independently driving projects in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience building customer-facing products for B2B SaaS, food-tech, or logistics platforms.
  • Proven ability to mentor engineers and contribute to the growth and scaling of engineering teams.
