stakeholders, collaborators and clients, at different levels Demonstrated experience leading one or more real-time engine components (e.g. Simulation, Performance, Networking, Audio, Assets) for a AAA engine (Unreal, Frostbite, Unity 3D, or other/proprietary AAA) Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews) Experience building for multiple hardware platforms (e.g. PC, Console, MR/VR, Cloud, mobile) Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements) Proven understanding of 3D math, linear algebra and physics Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies Experience with performance optimization of real-time applications Experience developing SDKs or shared technology that balances the needs of multiple shipping
