performance, and customer success, we'd like to hear from you.\nWhat You'll Do\nImprove alloy performance, casting processes, and product quality.\nSupport melting, centrifugal casting, heat treatment, and finishing operations.\nReview customer specifications, purchase orders, and technical requirements.\nAnalyze metallurgical data, microstructures, and mechanical properties.\nTroubleshoot quality and production challenges through root cause analysis.\nPartner with operations, quality, engineering, sales, and customers to deliver solutions.\nPrepare technical reports, certifications, and customer documentation.\nLead process improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.\nSupport alloy improvement and manufacturing optimization projects. \nRequirements\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in metallurgical engineering, Materials Science, Materials Engineering, or a related technical field. \nMinimum two years of experience in a foundry, casting operation, metals manufacturing environment, or related industry. \nStrong understanding of metallurgy, materials science, and manufacturing processes.\nKnowledge of casting processes and metallurgical principles. \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage directly with customers on technical matters. \nDemonstrated accountability, initiative, and ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines. \nComfortable working in both office and production environments. \nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with centrifugal casting operations. \nExperience with AOD processing. \nExperience in foundry, casting, metals manufacturing, or related industrial environments. \nKnowledge of stainless steel, nickel-based, cobalt-based, and copper-based alloys.\nExperience with metallurgical testing, quality systems, and failure analysis.\nExperience in a high-mix,
