Inside Sales Representative - Process Industry, Centrifugal, is an office-based role responsible for achieving WC & SI forecasted bookings and new business goals using primarily virtual selling tools.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop and execute a prospecting and lead follow up plan.\nLeverage network to prospect and uncover new opportunities with new and existing customers.\nDevelop sales strategies and plans aligned with plant strategies.\nFollow up on proposals and close orders.\nAchieve plant-specific and total bookings and new business goals.\nFollow up on new RFQs to understand customer needs\nOwn the account sales process to drive profitable sales growth by incorporating Sales Insights training, pre-call planning and the Selling Excellence Process.\nDevelop relationships with key decision makers at key customers.\nUpdate CRM thoroughly and daily as trained to communicate sales plan execution\nDemonstrate MetalTek Making a Lasting Difference Values.\nRequirements\nQualifications:\nCollege degree or equivalent work experience\nInside sales or related experience.\nCompetitive self-starter with positive attitude, technical aptitude, high motivation, energy, persistence, discipline and a desire to learn.\nExcellent listening skills, sales, customer service, and presentation, verbal and written communication skills are a must.\nExperience in and commitment to daily use of CRM to communicate account plans, opportunities, next steps and other customer relationship information.\nProven track record of uncovering, developing, generating new business and new customers, and closing orders is strongly preferred.\nAbility and willingness to travel up to 25% of
