This role develops customer relationships, coordinates with internal teams, and applies knowledge of customer requirements and manufacturing processes to support profitable business growth and reliable delivery.\nRequirements\n· Support field sales and pursue new and existing customer business.\n· Prepare estimates and proposals and deliver them on schedule.\n· Review customer drawings, specifications, contract terms, and conditions.\n· Manage pricing and margins and negotiate long-term customer agreements.\n· Participate in annual forecasting and TEK Sessions.\n· Build market intelligence by learning customers’ products and processes.\n· Protect and serve existing customers by communicating order status and issues.\n· Build customer relationships and manage expectations as a representative of MetalTek.\n· Plan and conduct business reviews with key customers.\n· Help resolve delivery and quality issues.\n· Conduct sales contract reviews and facilitate technical discussions with customers.\n· Develop knowledge of MetalTek’s manufacturing processes and competition.\n· Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
