The position is responsible for safety, quality, productivity, and cost of the 3rd shift operation. Have the flexibility to work 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts as needed. This includes investigation of problems to ensure proper corrective action is implemented to reduce or eliminate non-conforming parts and production interruptions.
