You own the product vision and backlog, guide the team through agile delivery, and use modern AI tools every day to design, build, and improve solutions.\nThis is a senior, hands-on role. You wear many hats: product owner, developer, technical advisor, presenter, and trusted partner to client leaders. You are capable, curious, and customer-oriented.\nWhat You Will Be Doing\nWork directly with client stakeholders to understand mission needs and turn them into clear product goals and priorities.\n\nOwn the product roadmap and backlog, andmake trade-off calls with the client and the delivery team.\n\nRun agile ceremonies and act as scrum master when needed, keeping the team focused and moving.\n\nBuild production-quality prototypes across the full application stack, from front end and APIs to data and cloud, and hand them off ready to move into client production environments.\n\nUse modern AI tools to write, test, and review code faster, while holding toengineering standards for security, testing, and maintainability.\n\nWork closely with engineers on design, integration, and release of client solutions.\n\nPresent demos, status, and recommendations to client leaders and executives.\n\nGather user feedback, measure results, and adjust the product based on what works.\n\nWhat We Need FromYou (Required)\n5+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or a similar customer-facing role.\n\nHands-on software development experience in one or more languages, such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or C#, plus familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms, and modern web frameworks.\n\nHands-on use of modern AI tools (such as LLM assistants, AI coding tools, and AI APIs).\n\nStrong client-facing and presentation skills, including withsenior stakeholders.\n\nExperience with agile delivery, including scrum practices and backlog management.\n\nAbility to work onsite in Reston, Virginia, and travel up to 10%.\n\nU.S. citizenship and eligibility for Public Trust.\n\nWhat Sets You Apart (Preferred)\nAgile certifications such as CSM, PSM, CSPO, or SAFe.\n\nCloud or other technical certifications, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.\n\nExperience building or deploying AI-enabled solutions for clients.\n\nExperience in federal or other regulated environments.\n\nExperience working embedded with a client or customer team.\n\nA track recordof taking a product from idea to launch.\n\nWork Location\nOnsite at MetaPhaseheadquarters in Reston, Virginia.\nTravel\nUp to 10%.\nEducation Level\nBachelor's degree in a related field.\nClearance Level\nEligible for Public Trust. U.S. Citizenship required.\nCompensation\nCompensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
