testing, and production deployment;\nOwn and drive long-term technical initiatives and architectural improvements across systems;\nSpotting gaps or unclear requirements early and proactively reaching out to the right teams for answers;\n\nCollaborate closely with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals;\nChampion engineering best practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, and scalable design patterns;\nBalancing multiple priorities at once, new features, production issues, support requests, and releases;\nOperating day-to-day within the project tools, codebase, infrastructure, and processes as part of the project team.\n\nYou will need:\n5-7+ years of experience as a software engineer;\n\nStrong experience with Java (Spring Boot), Apache Kafka, and microservices architecture;\n\nConfidence navigating and contributing to large, unfamiliar codebases;\n\nSolid understanding of messaging protocols and data mapping;\n\nFinancial services background would be considered as advantage;\n\nExperience working in regulated or institutional environments;\n\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or similar);\n\nComfort using AI-assisted development tools;\n\nAbility to work independently and drive things forward;\n\nExelent communication skills with a proactive, speak-up mindset.\n\nNice to have:\nReact.js experience is a plus;\nFIX protocol
