processes as part of the project team.\nYou will need:\n5-7+ years of professional experience in software engineering with C# and .NET\nProven experience in architectural design, system scalability, and distributed systems;\nFinancial services background would be considered as advantage;\nStrong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning;\nAbility to balance delivery of business value with long-term technical strategy;\nExcellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive consensus;\nStrong advocate for collaborative development practices and continuous improvement;\nAbility to work independently and drive things forward;\nProficient in English, both written and verbal.\nNice to
