We fully understand and offer flexible scheduling options, so students have the flexibility and autonomy they need as they balance classes, homework, and college life.\nWork Schedule: Part Time Flexible, Monday-Friday\nResponsibilities:\nGeneral accounting duties related to month end processes\nImplement proper keeping of financial records, making use of current technologies\nInput daily transaction information in NetSuite such as accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).\nAssist with billing and customer invoicing\nPerform tasks within the parameters of current processes\nRequirements\nJunior or Senior year in Accounting program with high academic performance\nKnowledge of GAAP accounting principles, applications and methods\nStrong analytical skills and ability to prepare reports\nProficiency with Microsoft Office, such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook\nAttention to detail and self-starter attitude with tenacity and drive\nExcellent oral and written communication skills. Comfortable providing status updates on work with deadlines.\nPreferred Qualifications\nCompleted related internship\nExperience with accounting ERP systems (NetSuite experience a plus)\nEmployment is contingent upon completing and passing a background check and drug test.
