As a member of leadership, this role is responsible to ensure all quality and productivity standards are met, continually assesses business needs, and implements strategies to increase the value of service provided, organize and be responsible for tasks, time, resources, deadlines, and people.\nResponsibilities:\nSupervises the work of line-level Scan Center Clerks.\nResponsible for ensuring team meets output requirements as defined by business needs, including but not limited to completing a planned schedule or working from a live list of work-in processes.\nResponsible for scheduling and planning all resources required to complete daily work within customers SLA’s and quality guidelines.\nEnsures that equipment such as scanners and other processing tools are operating as intended.\nBalances quality, productivity, cost, safety and morale to achieve positive results in all areas. Works to continuously improve in all areas.\nPrepares documents for scanning and scans high volumes of paper on internal systems and client platforms.\nLeads by example when reviewing and verifying data entered into system by ensuring the utmost accuracy.\nFollows work processes to ensure optimal output, quality, and downstream process integrity.\nEnters information from scanned images and paper documents.\nFollows established procedures and ensures output and quality meet expectations.\nCommunicates with co-workers, management, clients and others in a courteous and professional manner.\nComplies with and adheres to MetaSource policies and procedures.\nOther duties may be assigned.\nRequirements\nHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience leading people in a production environment\nStrong knowledge and understanding of efficient production processes\nAbility to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to effectively write and present information to individuals and small groups.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.\nAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.\nEmployment is contingent upon completing and passing a background check and drug test.
