The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and executing large-scale cloud migration initiatives while ensuring secure, scalable, highly available, and cost-effective solutions on Microsoft Azure.\n\nThe role requires strong hands-on experience across Azure and AWS, along with expertise in cloud architecture, networking, security, identity, automation, DevOps, and migration methodologies.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Design and architect scalable, secure, and highly available Azure cloud solutions.\n\n- Lead and execute AWS to Azure migration and cloud transformation projects.\n\n- Assess existing AWS workloads and develop appropriate migration strategies and roadmaps.\n\n- Define target Azure architecture based on business, technical, security, and performance requirements.\n\n- Use migration and assessment tools such as Azure Migrate and Azure Site Recovery.\n\n- Design cloud networking, identity, security, governance, and access management solutions.\n\n- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, ARM Templates, or Bicep.\n\n- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.\n\n- Work with containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes/AKS.\n\n- Monitor cloud environments using Azure Monitor and Log Analytics and troubleshoot performance or availability issues.\n\n- Drive cloud optimization initiatives to improve scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.\n\n- Work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and project managers to ensure successful delivery.\n\n- Provide technical guidance and support throughout the migration lifecycle, including planning, execution, testing, and stabilization.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience :\n\n- 9+ years of overall IT experience with strong experience in cloud architecture.\n\n- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.\n\n- 6+ years of experience in AWS Cloud Migration or related cloud migration initiatives.\n\n- Strong hands-on experience with AWS to Azure migration projects.\n\n- Deep knowledge of Azure services, including :\n\n1. Azure Virtual Machines\n\n2. Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)\n\n3. Azure App Services\n\n4. Azure Storage\n\n5. Azure Networking\n\n6. Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory)\n\n7. Azure Monitor\n\n8.
