internship extension or full-time opportunity\n\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport onboarding and offboarding of team members, including access provisioning and deprovisioning across internal tools and cloud platforms\n\nMaintain and track IT hardware and software asset inventory\n\nProvide first-level technical support for internal SaaS tools (project management, ticketing, communication platforms)\n\nManage user roles, permissions, and access controls in coordination with security guidelines\n\nMonitor system dashboards and logs to identify issues and anomalies\n\nPerform initial troubleshooting and escalate critical incidents to DevOps, SRE, or Engineering teams\n\nMaintain internal documentation, SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge base articles\n\nSupport internal tools and access requirements for AI/ML and Data teams\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field\n\nBasic proficiency with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)\n\nStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills\n\nGood communication skills and a user-support mindset\n\nAbility to manage multiple requests and priorities\n\nPreferred / Technical Skills\nFamiliarity with monitoring and logging tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki – nice to have)\n\nBasic understanding of identity and access management concepts\n\nExperience with service desk or ticketing systems\n\nUnderstanding of basic networking concepts (DNS, VPN, TCP/IP)\n\nExposure to cloud
