Responsibilities :\n\n- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications with a focus on Field Service Lightning (FSL).\n\n- Customize and enhance the Salesforce FSL Mobile App, including offline capabilities.\n\n- Develop scalable solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).\n\n- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST and SOAP APIs.\n\n- Configure and customize Salesforce objects, workflows, and business processes to meet client requirements.\n\n- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Salesforce applications for performance and scalability.\n\n- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.\n\n- Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, testing, deployment, and release management.\n\n- Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications :\n\n- Strong experience in Salesforce Development with a focus on Field Service Lightning (FSL).\n\n- Hands-on expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Platform Development.\n\n- Deep understanding of Salesforce FSL architecture, data model, and business processes.\n\n- Experience in FSL Mobile App customization and offline functionality.\n\n- Strong knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs and Salesforce integration with external systems.\n\n- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns.\n\n- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.\n\n- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications :\n\n- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, and Field Service Lightning Consultant are highly preferred.\n\n- Experience with enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations and integration projects will be an
