You'll sit next to him in our Shoreditch office and remove the friction and clutter around him, so he can perform at his best and focus his attention on the most important things.\nYou'll be part of the Office of the CEO, working directly with Siadhal (CEO) and Raza (Chief of Staff) as we scale from 80 to 250 people.\nKey ownership areas:\nOwn Siadhal's time: design his week around the company's priorities and coordinate across customers, investors, the board and US time zones without anything slipping.\n\nBe his trusted proxy on email correspondence with customers, investors and candidates.\n\nOrganise founder projects end to end: talks and podcasts, dinners, events and offsites.\n\nRun our London office to the standard of our Hospitality principle.\n\nEngineer the admin away with AI, and catch what's falling through the cracks before anyone asks.\n\nWhat you bring\nWe want the very best: people who want to do the greatest work of their lives and have an outsized impact.\n3+ years of experience, including supporting a founder or C-level executive at a high-growth company, with outcomes you personally owned.\n\nA record of being the best at everything you've done.\n\nHighly strategic, with a view on where Siadhal's time should go and the judgement to know what needs him.\n\nLocked in and high throughput.
