It's a full-cycle role with the expectation that you'll do \"the whole thing\" and some. To name a few, this means:\nBuilding and maintaining a strong pipeline of top-tier technical candidates to support current and future hiring needs.\n\nProactively sourcing, engaging, and nurturing relationships with top technical talent using various sourcing tools and strategies.\n\nScreening and assessing candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.\n\nContinuously refining and improving pitches to attract top tier candidates.\n\nMaintaining accurate and organized candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).\n\nFostering a world-class candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and engagement.\n\nStaying up to date with industry best practices and emerging tools.\n\nAt Metaview, we want everyone to do the best work of their lives here. A wry sense of humour is always appreciated!\n\nYou're excited about being a vocal advocate for our products, especially given that we're shaping the future of the recruiting space.\n\nAbout who you'll work with\nWe're a small team, so you'll work quite closely with everyone. Your primary sparring partner, however, will be Shahriar-Metaview's co-founder & CTO.
