We need someone who can enter an energy, agriculture, or construction company and speak fluently about what those tools can do for them.\nThis is a relationship driven role for someone who's genuinely curious about how technology can solve real problems, not just reciting a script.\nResponsibilities:\nBuild and manage a pipeline of new commercial business across energy, agriculture, and construction.\nPrepare and deliver presentations to explain our services.\nSit down with customers to understand their needs, then work with our engineers to shape a solution that fits.\nOwn your piece of the proposal process: gathering requirements, coordinating with internal subject matter experts, proposal writing.\nRepresent METECS at industry conferences and trade shows.\nMaintain relationships with existing customers.\nReport on pipeline, forecasts, and strategy to leadership.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field, plus experience in sales or business development.\nA track record of building relationships that turned into signed business, ideally in technical or professional services markets.\nComfort presenting to non-technical audiences and translating complex concepts into something anyone can follow.\nGenuine curiosity about simulation, digital twins, or immersive technology, and the patience to sit with a customer until you actually understand what they need.\nDesired Qualifications:\nExperience selling into agriculture, energy, or construction industries.\nFamiliarity with VR, simulation, application development, data.\nExisting network in industrial training, safety, or operations technology.\nCitizenship or lawful permanent residency required.\nAbout METECS:\nWe are a high-performance team providing advanced engineering, software, and analysis solutions for human space flight and terrestrial applications.
