The role encompasses specialties such as robotics, controls and analysis, multibody dynamics, hardware/software integration, simulation, virtual and augmented reality, and visual creative services--spanning the full spectrum from concept development to animation and video production.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nSupports the management of functional program goals and objectives.\nProvide planning and execution support to Project Managers.\nCoordinate with company management to ensure strategic goals are achieved.\nHelp develop and maintain a high level of engagement and positive relationships with customers.\nProvide oversight and coordination of performance objectives, contract deliverables, and placement of qualified personnel for identified projects.\nHelp identify and mitigate Program and Project risks.\nFacilitates both horizontal and vertical communication within the program and projects\nSupports compliance with corporate IT, HR, and safety policies.\nAssist the Program Manager as required in the management and execution of contract requirements.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelors or Advanced Degree in Engineering.\n10 years of applicable professional experience in a related technical field.\nProven leadership experience, including the ability to motivate teams, collaborate effectively, and build strong professional relationships.\nDemonstrated problem-solving and time management skills, with a proactive and creative approach.\nExcellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.\nAdditional Desired Experience: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or formal training.\nManagement of modern software development processes.\nExperience in engineering development and/or operations for human spaceflight.\nStrong attention to detail.\nCitizenship or lawful permanent resident required due to federal position.\nAbout METECS\nWe are a high-performance team providing advanced engineering, software, and analysis solutions for human space flight and terrestrial applications.
