The individual will use various tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights, working with data from various sources, ensuring data quality and integrity, and collaborating with various groups and stakeholders across the business to understand information requirements as well as maintain data integrity/perform audits in our data platform.\nUtilize business intelligence and reporting software, database tools, Microsoft Excel, and Office automation to design, build, assess, maintain, improve, and distribute dashboards and reports, combine data, and present accurate information.\nResponsibilities\nDistill complex data and relationships into clear, concise charts and visualizations, support ad hoc data requests and analysis.\n\nDesign data models to extract data from operational databases and transform the data to easily understood business views.\n\nGather and process raw data at scale (including writing scripts, web scraping, calling API’s, writing SQL queries, etc.)\n\nProcess unstructured data into a form suitable for analysis- then do the analysis.\n\nAutomate manual processes.\n\nNavigate CRM and other systems to build reporting, ensure consistency and compliance across the departments.\n\nDevelop management monthly KPI’s/reports and BI dashboards for stakeholders across all business functions: technology, operations, field, billing etc\n\nPerform in-depth analysis to identify key business risks and opportunities and make recommendations to improve overall profitability\n\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Comp Sci/ MIS/ Data Analytics/ Math or Statistics (or any analytical/data driven discipline)\n\n0-2 years of experience working within business intelligence (Co-op/Internships included)\n\nHigh Proficiency in data modelling and analysis with demonstrated acumen using the following tools Excel, PowerBI, Python & SQL\n\nStrong SQL experience is a must with knowledge of relational databases, and ability to build and maintain views\n\nMeticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy\n\nData driven analytical skills, knowledge and/or experience related to financial analysis\n\nExcellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges\n\nAbility to prioritize and adapt to changing demands and deadlines, are essential\n\nAbility to conduct basic statistical and correlation analysis to identify patterns and trends.\n\nExcellent skills in Excel, R/Python, SQL\n\nExperienced with BI Tools such as Power BI / Tableau / SAP (Power BI Preferred)\n\nCreativity, relationship building skills and dedication are all highly
