This is the heart of our next chapter, and we're looking for people who want to help small businesses work smarter.\nResponsibilities\nClient-Facing:\nLead discovery calls and gather business requirements\n\nDocument client workflows and translate them into clear implementation plans\n\nManage client communication from kick-off to go-live\n\nSet and manage expectations, including when scope or timelines need to shift\n\nDeliver paid training sessions so clients can use their setup independently\n\nTriage and escalate issues when needed\n\nTechnical:\nConfigure and customize Method CRM using our no-code automation tools\n\nDesign data models and translate business requirements into technical specs\n\nScope, develop, test, and refine customized solutions\n\nManage project timelines and hour allocations to stay on-time and on-budget\n\nIterate on solutions based on client feedback\n\nProvide consistent product feedback to the broader team\n\nNo coding or scripting required for this role - all the configuration is done through no-code automation.\nWhat You Bring\nBefore you read this next section, we want you to know that we know the “ideal candidate” doesn’t exist - everybody has a unique background and skill set. We'll focus on the client-facing side of the role and on your goals and expectations.\n\nWhat to Expect in Your First 90 Days:\nOnboard and acclimate with the Professional Services team.\n\nUnderstand Method’s values and how our teams collaborate to drive results.\n\nLearn and become an expert of our internal communication tools, norms, and practices.\n\nObtain your QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor Certification.\n\nComplete Method’s Bootcamp.\n\nSuccessfully complete all of the case studies on Method’s Platform.\n\nShadow other Methoders from the Professional Services team as they perform paid customizations.\n\nParticipate in mock calls with the team.\n\nLead calls with customers on customization and champion their needs to provide the ideal platform while another Methoder shadows.\n\nDemonstrate strong communication skills when mapping an implementation schedule with the client.\n\nKnow when to triage and escalate client issues.\n\nJob type: Full-time permanent.\nWork arrangement: Hybrid, 2-3 days in the office\nCompensation: $59,000 - $64,000 annually. The base salary for this role is $55,000 per year.
