The Referral Coordinator will serve as a reserve point of contact into the Methodist Medical Group clinics as it relates to incoming calls, appointment scheduling, and follow up calls related to coordination of care.\nInclement Weather Status\nNot required to report\nJob Purpose\nThis position will serve as a liaison between the referral departments, MMG clinical practices, and associated medical neighborhood.\nJob Requirements:\nEducation:\nHigh School Graduation or GED\nAssociate’s Degree or higher, preferred\nLicenses and/or Certifications:\nMedical Assistant Certification or equivalent, preferred\nWork Experience:\n5 or more years of professional medical experience in a practice setting, preferred\nBilingual in English and Spanish, preferred\nRelated Work Experience and Other Skills:\nStrong EMR/HER and Microsoft Office experience, preferred\nMethodist Medical Group is the North Texas physician organization affiliated with Methodist Health System.
