The Salesforce Administrator will act as a key member of this team, helping to analyse and resolve user issues, drive adoption, resolve system bugs and implement stakeholder change requests. The Salesforce Administrator will also design, create and deliver technical solutions on the Salesforce platform, ensuring that the org is continually fit for purpose.\nThe role will work across the full Salesforce platform, while developing subject matter expertise in Finance and Accounts processes within Certinia PSA and Certinia Accounting (FFA). This includes troubleshooting financial data and process issues, supporting system improvements, and contributing to the migration of legacy automation into Salesforce Flow.\nResponsibilities\nThe Salesforce Administrator’s responsibilities will include (but not limited to):\nParticipating in discovery sessions/workshops with business process stakeholders and users to gather/update solution requirements, performing gap analysis between Salesforce capabilities and enhancement needs \nAnalysing user stories and translating these into deliverable working solutions and complete test scenarios \nLead or assist with the design, development, testing and delivery of functional solutions within Salesforce, prioritising scalable, declaratively developed solutions \nParticipating in user acceptance testing sessions \nDelivering user training \nCreating relevant user and administrator documentation to support solution rollouts \n2nd line Salesforce BAU support \nMonitoring the internal ticketing system to ensure business queries are addressed in a timely manner \nWhere relevant supporting / mentoring a junior administrator \nTackling technical debt, including rationalisation and optimisation of existing automation \nDesigning, building and maintaining complex record-triggered, scheduled and screen flows \nIdentifying data quality issues and managing resolution of such instances \nSupporting Finance and Accounts teams with troubleshooting of Certinia PSA and Accounting (FFA) related issues \nInvestigating financial data discrepancies including revenue recognition, billing, project financials, and accounting postings \nWorking closely with Finance stakeholders to improve financial processes within Salesforce and Certinia \nDrawing on your Salesforce experience to identify opportunities to recommend scalable technical and/or 3rd party solutions to the Salesforce roadmap.\nAbout You\nYou will have a strong understanding of internal business functions (Marketing, Sales, Service Delivery, Finance, HR etc.), and how the Salesforce platform can be designed and configured to accommodate them. You are comfortable working with Finance stakeholders and understanding accounting-driven processes such as billing, revenue recognition, project financials and reporting.\nAn excellent communicator, comfortable leading discussions to extract information and guide stakeholder expectations towards solutions that meet business needs. Demonstrable track record of improving user experience and business and system operational efficiency.\nYou enjoy owning and prioritising a varied workload consisting of solution delivery, end user support/training, automation improvements, and contributing to an integral business system.\nYou will be comfortable taking responsibility for the full project lifecycle and have the confidence, skills, experience, and personality to establish rapport with users and stakeholders when managing projects or BAU support/change situations. You possess the ability to work autonomously as well as representing a key member of the team and positively represent the team to the business.\nRequirements\nEssential\n2+ years of Salesforce and Certinia administration, ideally in a business services industry, or equivalent consulting experience \nStrong experience supporting Certinia PSA and Certinia Accounting (FFA) or similar PSA/ERP systems \nGood understanding of finance and accounting concepts (billing, revenue, journals, project financials, GLA, etc.) (Mandatory)\nStrong hands-on experience building and maintaining Salesforce Flows (record-triggered, scheduled, screen flows) \nHands-on configuration experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics/ Analytics Studio/ Tableau CRM\nExperience analysing and resolving automation conflicts and technical debt \nExperience within support team and client-facing roles, managing users and day-to-day issues through to resolution \nAbility to work independently, within teams, and cross-functionally with excellent communication skills \nOutstanding attention to detail and enjoy project ownership \nStrong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills \nSalesforce declarative configuration to expert level (Lightning UI) \nExperience supporting orgs with 200+ users \nExperience with delivering Change and Release Management best practices and sandbox management \nExperience presenting to technical and non-technical stakeholders \nExperience with DataLoader (or equivalent ETL tools) \nAbility to effectively prioritise competing requests while managing user expectations \nExcellent listening, oral and written communication skills \nTeam player \nFluent in English \nDesirable\nSalesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) \nAdvanced Salesforce Flow architecture and best practices \nFurther Salesforce Certifications: \nAdvanced Administrator, Platform App Builder \nExperience working within a complex Salesforce org \nExperience leading/supporting/mentoring junior Administrator(s) \nHands-on configuration experience with Conga and/or DocuSign \nBA / Project Management certifications \nBachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business analysis/change management or related field.\nThis role will require you to have or be willing to go through Security Clearance.
