The role focuses on identity lifecycle management, application onboarding, access governance, provisioning, authentication and directory integrations, ensuring secure and compliant access to business systems.\nRequirements\nDesign, build and support IAM integrations with enterprise applications, directories and authoritative data sources.\nConfigure and maintain identity lifecycle management processes, including Joiners, Movers and Leavers (JML).\nDeliver application onboarding and access provisioning solutions across IAM platforms.\nImplement and support role-based access control (RBAC), access governance and certification processes.\nDevelop integrations using APIs, web services and directory technologies.\nInvestigate and resolve identity, provisioning and access-related issues.\nWork collaboratively with security, infrastructure, application and business teams to deliver IAM services.\nSupport testing, deployment and operational transition activities.\nProduce and maintain technical documentation, support procedures and knowledge transfer materials.\nContribute to continuous improvement, automation and optimisation of IAM processes and services.\nEssential Skills & Experience\nProven experience delivering IAM, IDAM, IGA or Access Governance solutions within complex enterprise environments.\nStrong understanding of identity lifecycle management and access provisioning processes.\nExperience integrating applications using REST APIs, web services and identity data sources.\nExperience with enterprise directory services including Active Directory, LDAP and Microsoft Entra ID.\nKnowledge of RBAC, access governance, certification and compliance controls.\nExperience troubleshooting identity synchronisation, provisioning and authentication issues.\nStrong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.\nExperience working within Agile delivery environments.\nAbility to create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.\nDesirable Skills & Experience\nExperience with Saviynt, SailPoint, Omada, ForgeRock or similar IAM/IGA platforms.\nExperience integrating with ServiceNow.\nKnowledge of SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect and SCIM.\nExperience supporting Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.\nExperience within government, regulated or high-security environments.\nUnderstanding of Zero Trust and modern identity security principles.\nScripting or automation experience using PowerShell, Python or similar technologies.\nThis role will require you to have or be willing to go through Security Clearance.
