Your responsibilities will include:\nChampioning jobsite safety and contributing to proactive safety planning\nFollowing and reinforcing all corporate safety guidelines\nProactively creating and managing punch lists\nUpholding strict Quality Control standards across assigned projects\nPreparing RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings\nUnderstanding our building systems and how they fit into the broader construction process\nMaximizing productivity through strategic coordination and planning\nConducting quantitative takeoffs to validate estimates, support material orders, and evaluate change orders\nBuilding and managing project schedules while collaborating closely with field supervisors and foremen\nOverseeing labor control and making adjustments to drive profitability\nCoordinating warranties, O&M documentation, and vendor selections\nSupporting subcontractor buyout, issuing contracts, and managing subcontractor performance\nMaintaining accurate job cost controls through monthly FAWs\nStrengthening customer relationships and supporting branch goals through active Client Alignment participation\n hat You Bring\nMinimum 3 years of experience (5 years preferred), ideally within construction\nExperience with Insulated Metal Panels or Single Skin Panels is a plus\nBachelor’s degree in Construction Management/Science (or equivalent experience)\nAbility to quickly analyze information, identify risk, and steer projects toward optimal outcomes\nStrong ability to interpret plans, specifications, and scopes of work\nAccountability for project results and outcomes\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word\nExcellent communication skills\nStrong moral and work ethic, sound judgment, and unwavering reliability\nHighly organized self-starter with exceptional time-management skills\nPositive, motivated mindset and a team-oriented approach\nOSHA Certification\nAbility to build and maintain strong customer relationships\n Compensation\n$105,000 -
