At METLEN, we foster a culture of resilience, challenge, respect, excellence, andchange, empowering our diverse workforce to achieve remarkable outcomes.\nWe are currently looking for an Design Supervisor to join our Technical & Procurment team.\nYour role will encompass:\nElectrical systems Design Execution, review, and technical sign off Preparation and sign off of Project BoQ relative to design \nInvolvement in all development stages of PV projects by execute or lead the execution the design and engineering aspects of all stages Lead, coordinate a team of engineers and review the design output as a part of T&P Department processes under overall projects milestones schedulling \nResponsible for the technical (engineering) review of the bidding drafting of PV projects and technical compliance guidance \nContract preparation of the engineering/technical annexes Equipment procurement: define equipment specifications and participate in technical review of suppliers offers \nSupport the Project Management and Construction teams in regard to the technical details of design, back office support \nOccasionally site visits may required per case \nGrid regulations review. Work with local consultants for projects around the world to derive the scope of supply and scope of works \nWhat you bring to the role:\nBachelor's degree in Electrical, Engineering, or related Engineering fields \nPossess 3+ years of experience in similar role \nProfessional experience with international clients and projects in the Solar Market is desirable \nProficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Fluency in English is a must \nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong planning and organizational abilities \nSharp analytical skills and attention to detail Capable of effectively conveying ideas, facts, and technical information to various levels of management and technical teams \nFollow us on LinkedIn and stay updated on our latest news\nWe respect your personal data.
