This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in document management within the renewable energy sector.\nWorking closely with the Document Control Manager and the wider project team, you will support the management, distribution, and control of project documentation throughout the construction lifecycle. You will play an important role in ensuring that accurate, up-to-date information is available to project teams, clients, and subcontractors, helping to maintain compliance, quality, and efficient project delivery.\nYour role will encompass:\nSupport the Document Control Manager in the day-to-day management of project documentation.\nRegister, receive, distribute, and archive project documents in accordance with company procedures.\nEnsure project teams, clients, and subcontractors have access to the latest approved drawings and documentation through the Document Management System.\nMaintain accurate document registers and audit trails throughout the project lifecycle.\nIssue document reference numbers and manage document revisions where required.\nMonitor document workflows to ensure timely review, approval, and distribution.\nSupport the preparation and management of project document transmittals.\nEnsure all documentation complies with project document control procedures and company quality standards.\nAssist with the management of as-built documentation, operation manuals, and handover records.\nSupport project reporting by maintaining accurate document status information.\nAssist with user administration within the Document Management System, including access permissions and folder management.\nProvide administrative support for document control activities and other project administration tasks as required.\nWork collaboratively with internal teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure document management processes are consistently followed.\nSupport training and guidance for project teams and supply chain partners on document control procedures where required.\nWhat you bring to the role:\nPrevious experience in an administrative or document control role is desirable but not essential.\nExperience within construction, engineering, infrastructure, or renewable energy projects would be an advantage.\nGood organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines in a fast-paced project environment.\nProactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.\nGood IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).\nFamiliarity with electronic Document Management Systems (such as Aconex, SharePoint, ProjectWise, Autodesk Construction Cloud or similar) would be advantageous.\nUnderstanding of document control principles and quality management systems (ISO 9001) is desirable.\nAbility to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.\nYour Benefits:\nAttractive remuneration package\nPrivate Medical Insurance\nOn site accommodation\nRental Car\nFood allowance\nFollow us on LinkedIn and stay updated on our latest news\nWe respect your personal data.
