At METLEN, we foster a culture of resilience, challenge, respect, excellence, andchange, empowering our diverse workforce to achieve remarkable outcomes.\nWe are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to join the Power Technologies department of our M Power Projects division, based in Turek, Poland.\nYour role will encompass:\nConstruction Leadership:Lead, plan, and oversee all electrical construction activities on site, ensuring full alignment with project specifications, timelines, quality standards, and HSE requirements.\n\nTeam & Subcontractor Management:Manage and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring effective execution, resource allocation, and adherence to contractual obligations.\n\nProgress Monitoring & Reporting:Track construction progress, prepare detailed reports, and ensure timely and accurate progress measurement and invoicing.\n\nConstructability & Execution Strategy:Drive constructability reviews and optimize installation methodologies to improve efficiency, reduce risks, and ensure high-quality delivery.\n\nQuality & Compliance:Ensure all electrical installations comply with applicable codes, standards, and project QA/QC requirements, maintaining the highest levels of safety and quality on site.\n\nStakeholder Coordination:Act as the key point of contact for electrical construction matters, liaising with engineering, commissioning, project management, and client representatives.\n\nWhat you bring to the role:\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.\n10+ years of experience in electrical construction within EPC power plant or large-scale energy projects (e.g. CCGT, OCGT, substations, HV systems).\nProven experience in managing site teams and subcontractors in complex construction environments.\nStrong knowledge of contract management, budgeting, cost control, and reporting.\nSolid understanding of electrical systems installation, constructability, and site execution best practices.\nFamiliarity with QA/QC standards, HSE regulations, and international codes.\nExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nFollow us on LinkedIn and stay updated on our latest news\nWe respect your personal data.
