This internal opportunity is ideal for those looking to expand their impact and grow within the company while continuing to contribute to our shared success.\nThe Contract Officer is responsible for assisting with the management, implementation and delivery of Metka-EGN’s contract and project portfolio and for the management of documents of the subsidiary companies.\nYour role will encompass:\nDevelop an understanding of commercial terms and conditions for implemented contracts and knowledge transfer of contract conditions to wider project team.\nAssist with drafting, negotiation, review and finalization of various construction, commercial or real estate contracts.\nReport, list, transmit and oversee the management of a various array of legal administrative or permitting or construction issues arising from the legal assessment of new project opportunities under due diligence.\nAssist with the preparation of contracts, contract amendments and variations, overseeing the collection of signatures, delivery and archive of the executed versions, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.\nCoordinating with the project and legal teams for sign off and execution of contracts and corporate documents (Powers of Attorneys, board resolutions, etc..)\nMaintain accurate and detailed contract and corporate records, including monitoring and documenting all signatures under collection.\nDeveloping, improving and maintaining check lists, registers and communications templates as required\nDeveloping and streamlining processes\nParticipation in regular project progress meetings.\nLiaising with notary publics, signatories and assistants in various jurisdictions in order to complete the processes of notarizations, apostille, simple signature and delivery by courier through various locations in the Metlen Group.\nAssist with drafting, preparation, and execution of internal and external correspondence on contractual or corporate matters as required.\n\nWhat you bring to the role:\nA minimum of 3 years contract administration, secretarial activities, experience within renewables, civil/mechanical/electrical, oil, gas or construction industries\nOrganized, persistent and thorough approach to management of legal documents and relevant execution, tracking and archiving.\nExperienced in contract administration, within renewables. civil/mechanical/electrical, oil, gas or construction industries.\nProactive administration of contracts for early identification of issues\nHigh attention to detail and accurate document management skills.\nExposure to contract negotiations/influencing skills\nExceptional time management skills and highly organised approach to workload management.\nExcellent written and verbal communication.\nDemonstrated high-level judgement as well as experience in analytical problem solving and decision making.\nIntermediate to advanced Microsoft office skills (including Office 365 suite and Sharepoint).\nYour Benefits:\nCompetitive remuneration package \nGroup Health Insurance Plan \nMeal allowance\nFollow us on LinkedIn and stay updated on our latest news\nWe respect your personal data.
