By joining this role, you will oversee the financial management of key projects.\nYour role will encompass:\nActing as the finance representative on project teams, working closely with Project Managers. \nMonitoring project budgets, tracking financial performance, and providing variance analysis. \nManaging project cash flow, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely vendor payments. \nPreparing and submitting financial reports, dashboards, and progress updates. \nSupporting the Country Finance Manager with reporting and financial insights. \nWhat you bring to the role:\nUniversity degree in Finance or Accounting (Master’s degree is a plus). \n5+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in construction/EPC projects. \nStrong knowledge of IFRS reporting and accounting for long-term projects. \nProficiency in MS Office (SAP knowledge is an asset). \nExcellent English communication skills (written and spoken). \nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a detail-oriented mindset. \nShare the same Value Based Behaviors:\nPeople & Personal growth \nResults orientation & Safety excellence \nCollaboration & Trust \nEmpathy & Effective communication \nFlexibility & Adaptability \nCompensation & Contractual Framework\nThe starting gross annual salary (RAL) for this position is €48,200 based on objective and gender-neutral criteria.\nApplicable CCNL: Metalmeccanico\nCNA Level / Inquadramento: B3/B2\nThe final compensation may reflect the candidate’s relevant experience and competencies, in line with the Company’s remuneration framework.\nAdditional benefits include:\nGroup Health Insurance Plan\nMeal Allowance\nFollow us on LinkedIn and stay updated on our latest news\nWe respect your personal data.
