At METLEN, we foster a culture of resilience, challenge, respect, excellence, andchange, empowering our diverse workforce to achieve remarkable outcomes.\nWe are currently looking for an Energy OT Security Engineer to join our Energy Technology Division, based in Paiania, Greece.\nAs part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the integrity and resilience of METLEN’s Energy infrastructure by translating OT cybersecurity policy and risk requirements into practical controls across assets and projects. You will own the execution of OT security requirements, risk assessments, supplier assurance and incident support across Energy assets, EPC projects and O&M environments. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Energy business units, engineering, IT, the CISO organization and external partners to align execution with business priorities and operational needs.\nWe are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and brings a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. The successful candidate should be comfortable navigating ambiguity, influencing without direct authority and driving alignment across diverse teams, with a strong sense of ownership, accountability and continuous improvement.\nYour role will encompass:\nDefining and maintainingOT cybersecurity requirements, control baselines and technical specifications for Energy assets, EPC projectsand O&M activities.\n\nConducting OT/ICS risk assessments, vulnerability reviews, penetration testsand control-gap analyses, and translating findings into prioritized remediation plans.\n\nSupporting incident preparedness and response for OT environments, including evidence collection, impact assessment, coordinationand lessons learned.\n\nAssessing OT suppliers, OEMs, integratorsand project solutions against security, contractual, clientsand regulatory requirements.\n\nEmbedding cybersecurity requirements into tender documentation, design reviews, FAT/SAT acceptance criteria, handover packagesand operational procedures.\n\nSupporting implementation of the OT Security Management System, policies, SOPs, roles, accountabilitiesand exception processes.\n\nCoordinating with the CISO, IT, engineering, asset owners, EPC teams, Legal, Procurement and external specialists to ensure aligned control implementation.\n\nMonitoring remediation actions, dependenciesand risk acceptance decisions, providing clear management reporting and escalation where required.\n\nContributing to OT cybersecurity awareness, exercisesand continuous improvement across the Energy organization.\n\nWhat you bring to the role:\nBachelor’s or Master’sdegree in Cybersecurity, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Computer Scienceor a relatedfield.\n\n3+ years of relevant experience in OT/ICS cybersecurity, preferably in energy, utilitiesor industrial environments.\n\nPractical knowledge of industrial control systems, OT security controls, risk assessmentand incident response concepts.\n\nKnowledge of standards and regulatory requirements such as NIS2, ISA/IEC 62443, ISO 27001and NIST guidance.\n\nExperience in supplier assurance, security requirements, technical documentation, auditsor project acceptance activities is an advantage.\n\nRelevant certifications such as GICSP, CISSP, IEC 62443 or equivalent are considered a strong plus.\n\nShare the same Value Based Behaviors:\nPeople & Personal growth\n\nResults orientation & Safety excellence\n\nCollaboration & Trust\n\nEmpathy & Effective communication\n\nFlexibility & Adaptability\n\nYour Benefits:\nCompetitive remuneration package\n\nTicket Restaurant Card\n\nGroup Health Insurance Plan\n\nPreferential household electricity plan\n\nPension Plan\n\nFollow us on LinkedIn and stay updated on our latest news\nWe respect your personal data.
