The HSE Officer will contribute to the development and the monitoring process of the Health & Safety and Environmental Management System & the implementation of METLEN HSE Policies, for Thermal and Grid projects.\nYour role will encompass:\nContributeto the implementation of Health & Safety and Environmental Management System for the Thermal and Grid projects according to ISO 45001, ISO 14001 as well as other international standards where applicable.\nDevelop& reviewHSE documentation (procedures, instructions etc).\nParticipate & supportHSE Audits at sites.\nProcess and report HSE data from the sites on a regular basis (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly), including CSRD reporting.\nMonitor the process implementation regarding waste management and other environmental aspects.\nCollaborate with onsite HSE teams & representatives for everyday HSE issues.\nMonitorNon-Conformities and/or HSE deviations andprovidetechnical support for the suggestion and evaluation of corrections, corrective & preventive actions.\nMonitor & manageexternal HSE contractors & consultants.\nPerformand promoteHSE trainings & campaigns for Metlen personnel. \nWhat you bring to the role:\nBSc or MScin Engineering \n5+ years of experience in HSE in an industrial / construction environment. \nDegree relevant to Health & Safety or/and Environmental management will be considered an asset. \nTraining on ISO 45001, ISO 14001 or relevant.\nUnderstanding of HSE regulations, with active involvement in reducing/eliminating risk \nFamiliar with databases as well as working on & reporting through online platforms, MS Office & Internet tools, actively promoting industry innovations. \nDetermined and analytical approach to problem solving, non-conformities management and incident investigation. \nExcellent communication skills, strong team spirit, and ability to collaborate with various teams. \nDriving license and ability to visit Company sites.\nYour Benefits:\nCompetitive remuneration package \nTicket Restaurant Card \nGroup Health Insurance program\nPension Plan \nTransportation allowance\nDiscount on the household electricity bill \nShare the same Value Based Behaviors:\nPeople & Personal growth\nResults orientation & Safety excellence\nCollaboration & Trust\nEmpathy & Effective communication\nFlexibility & Adaptability\nFollow us on LinkedIn and stay updated on our latest news\nWe respect your personal data.
