Working closely with Senior Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams, you will support the planning, coordination and execution of utility-scale renewable energy EPC projects across the UK.\nYou will be part of a fast-paced, client-focused environment, gaining hands-on exposure to complex engineering and construction projects while developing your project management, commercial and stakeholder management skills.\nYour role will encompass:\nSupporting the delivery of utility-scale EPC projects from contract award through to commissioning and handover.\nAssisting with project planning, programme management, reporting and cost tracking to support successful project execution.\nCoordinating activities across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commercial and HSE teams.\nBuilding and maintaining effective relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.\nSupporting the Senior Project Manager in representing METLEN professionally throughout the project lifecycle.\nMonitoring project progress, identifying risks and supporting the timely resolution of technical and commercial issues.\nPreparing project documentation, progress reports, meeting minutes and project schedules.\nSupporting project governance and ensuring activities are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and in line with METLEN's quality and compliance standards.\nContributing to a collaborative project environment focused on continuous improvement and engineering excellence.\nWhat you bring to the role:\nDegree in Electrical, Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.\n1-3 years' experience supporting EPC projects within renewable energy, utilities or major infrastructure.\nExperience working in a client-facing environment, with the ability to build strong relationships and communicate confidently with clients, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors.\nStrong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic project environment.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, with working knowledge of Microsoft Project.\nCommercial awareness and an understanding of the key factors that contribute to successful project delivery.\nA proactive, solutions-focused approach and genuine ambition to build a long-term career in EPC project management.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nStrong attention to detail, ownership and willingness to learn.\nWhy join METLEN?\nJoin a global organisation delivering complex renewable energy EPC projects.\nGain hands-on experience working alongside experienced Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams.\nDevelop your career through exposure to major utility-scale renewable energy projects.\nBenefit from professional development and opportunities for career progression.\nCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.\nBe part of a collaborative, high-performing team committed to delivering engineering excellence and supporting the transition to a more sustainable future.\nFollow us on LinkedIn and stay updated on our latest news.\nWe respect your personal data.
