The ideal candidate will combine strong technical understanding with development experience and a good grasp of the transactional and commercial aspects of renewable projects.\nYour role will encompass:\nEvaluate renewable energy projects (technical and regulatory feasibility, site assessment, permitting risks)\nCoordinate and manage all licensing and permitting activities for renewable energy projects in collaboration with external consultants and public authoritiesSupport the development phase of projects, ensuring all approvals and documentation are in line with national and EU regulations\nCollaborate with engineering, environmental, and legal teams to ensure project compliance with local legislation and internal standardsMonitor changes in regulatory frameworks and assess their impact on the company’s project portfolio\nParticipate in due diligence and transaction support activities, providing technical input where required\nPrepare reports and presentations related to project status, licensing progress, and risk assessment.Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including local authorities, consultants, and landowners\nWhat you bring to the role:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering, or related field\n 3+ years of experience in renewable energy project development (solar, wind, or hybrid)\nProven experience in licensing/permitting procedures for energy projects in GreeceGood understanding of project economics, transactions, and regulatory frameworks in the renewable sector\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities\nFluency in Greek and English (written and spoken)\nShare the same Value Based Behaviors:\nPeople & Personal growth \nResults orientation & Safety excellence \nCollaboration & Trust \nEmpathy & Effective communication \nFlexibility & Adaptability \nYour Benefits:\nCompetitive Salary & Benefits package\nCooperation, creativity and innovation: we adopt flexible cooperation models to achieve fast results and increased productivity\nFollow us on LinkedIn and stay updated on our latest news\nWe respect your personal data.
