At METLEN, we foster a culture of resilience, challenge, respect, excellence, andchange, empowering our diverse workforce to achieve remarkable outcomes.\nWe are currently looking for a Site Engineer-Mechanical to join our Construction team, in the project Elhovo, Yambol region, Bulgaria.\nYour role will encompass:\nSupervise the installation and assembly of mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with engineering specifications and safety standards\nStudies and understands each project’s design provided by the engineering headquarters. Crosschecks and finds possible errors and reports to the Construction Manager\nReports daily, weekly to the Construction Manager regarding the construction progress, quality control and the materials received\nMonitors the stock of construction materials: Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of required materials, equipment, and spare parts necessary for mechanical systems\nSite Inspection: Conduct regular inspections of the construction site to ensure that mechanical systems are being installed correctly, and to identify and address any issues or deviations from the project plans\nQuality Control: Create, Implement, and monitor quality control procedures to ensure that all mechanical systems meet the project specifications\nOverviews each subcontractor’s installation work quality and the precision to the design. Reports to the Construction Manager with evidence every time there is a quality breach\nSafety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for the construction team and other personnel\nDocumentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including project reports, drawings, schedules, and as-built documents for mechanical systems.
