The role is focused on day-to-day technical activities to ensure proper operation, maintenance, and reliability of our solar PV plants.\nYour role will encompass:\nExecute scheduled preventive maintenance and support corrective maintenance activities on solar PV plants.\nAssist in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues, escalating complex faults when needed.\nMonitor basic plant performance indicators and ensure compliance with internal procedures and safety standards.\nMaintain accurate documentation, including maintenance logs and technical reports; support the update of server files and backups.\nSupport spare parts handling and assist external contractors during onsite interventions.\nUse and update the CMMS and other internal tools according to company procedures.\nWork remotely as required and travel regularly to various solar plant locations.\nWhat you bring to the role:\n1-2 years of experience in maintenance or troubleshooting of solar PV plants or relevant electrical/industrial experience.\nBasic understanding of PV systems, including string inverters, trackers, MV/LV equipment, and monitoring systems.\nHands-on experience in general electrical works.\nTechnical Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field).\nKnowledge of Italian HSE legislation and willingness to follow company safety procedures.\nFluent Italian and basic English.\nValid driver’s license and availability to travel.\nCompensation & Contractual Framework\n The starting gross annual salary (RAL) for this position is 27.500€, based on objective and gender-neutral criteria.\nApplicable CCNL: MetalmeccanicoCNA Level / Inquadramento: B1\nThe final compensation may reflect the candidate’s relevant experience and competencies, in line with the Company’s remuneration framework.\nFollow us on LinkedIn and stay updated on our latest news\nWe respect your personal data.
