We are seeking a Procurement Supervisor to join our growing Procurement Department and support the delivery of complex energy projects. This role is responsible for leading procurement activities across renewable energy, energy storage (BESS), and broader energy infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with company standards, project timelines, and technical requirements.\nYour role will encompass:\nLead and oversee procurement activities across renewable energy, BESS, and infrastructure projects\nEnsure compliance with internal procurement policies, procedures, and project schedules\nReview and approve supplier offers\nPrepare technical evaluations and commercial assessments\nSupervise, mentor, and support Procurement Engineers\nManage tendering processes and supplier selection\nConduct technical due diligence for suppliers\nMonitor supplier performance and KPIsReview and support negotiation of EPC and supplier contracts\nEnsure accuracy and completeness of procurement documentation (contracts, POs, technical annexes)\nCollaborate with Project Management, Engineering, Legal, and O&M to resolve procurement and supplier-related issues\nWhat you bring to the role:\nDegree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related field)\n5+ years of experience in procurement, ideally within renewable energy, BESS, or EPC/infrastructure projects\n3+ years of experience in a supervisory or team coordination role\nSolid understanding of procurement processes, tendering, and supplier management\nExperience in negotiations, comparative analysis, and contract review\nStrong understanding of technical specifications and EPC contract frameworks\nExcellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously\nStrong communication and stakeholder management capabilities\nFluent in English\nProficient in Microsoft Office tools\nPreferred:\nExperience in Solar PV, BESS, HV Substations, or large-scale energy/infrastructure projects\nExposure to international project environments\nShare the same Value Based Behaviors:\nPeople & Personal growth \nResults orientation & Safety excellence \nCollaboration & Trust \nEmpathy & Effective communication \nFlexibility & Adaptability \nYour Benefits:\nTicket Restaurant\nHealth Insurance Programme\nProtergia Discount\nCorporate mobile phone\nCorporate Laptop\nCooperation, creativity and innovation: we adopt flexible cooperation models to achieve fast results and increase productivity\nFollow us on LinkedIn and stay updated on our latest news\nWe respect your personal data.
