Your focus is the programme - cost control sits with the wider project controls team, and you will work alongside them.\nYour Role will encompass:\nProvide specialist support on structural and civil construction matters.\nReview construction challenges related to foundations, earthworks, roads, drainage systems, retaining structures, and equipment foundations\nBuild and maintain project schedules in Primavera P6 and MS Project, including WBS and activity coding\nPrepare monthly/weekly updates, look-ahead programmes and recovery schedules\nManage baselines and revisions\nReview subcontractor programmes and integrate them into the master schedule\nLoad resources, produce histograms and flag over-allocation\nCollect and verify progress from site against the agreed measurement rules\nTrack the critical path and report float erosion early\nProduce S-curves, progress reports and the schedule sections of the monthly report\nProvide schedule input to change and extension of time assessments\nKeep the schedule records and update archive needed to support claims\nWhat you bring to the role:\nDegree in Engineering.\n4+ years of planning/scheduling experience within EPC, energy, or industrial projects.\nStrong proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project, with the ability to develop project schedules from scratch, not only maintain or update existing ones.\nStrong Excel skills.\nProven experience developing and managing WBS and activity coding structures.\nExperience in physical progress measurement, tracking, and reporting.\nExperience developing and managing resource- and cost-loaded schedules.\nExperience with NEC4 or FIDIC contracts would be considered an advantage.\nPrevious experience with Solar PV and BESS projects would be beneficial.\nSite-based project experience would be desirable.\nYour Benefits:\nHealth Insurance Programme \nCooperation, creativity and innovation: we adopt flexible cooperation models to achieve fast results and increase productivity\nShare the same Value Based Behaviors:\nPeople & Personal growth\nResults orientation & Safety excellence\nCollaboration & Trust\nEmpathy & Effective communication\nFlexibility & Adaptability\nFollow us on LinkedIn and stay updated on our latest news\nWe respect your personal data.
