This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering utility-scale Solar PV and BESS projects and shaping best-in-class project controls across a growing portfolio.\nThis position will report to the Project Controls Manager, to support the Project Delivery and Construction teams in developing, managing, and optimizing project schedules across the full EPC lifecycle, ensuring successful and timely delivery of renewable energy projects.\nYour role will encompass:\nDevelop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules using MS Project and/or Primavera P6 across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning phases.\nEstablish baseline programmes and perform critical path analysis, float management, and schedule validation.\nConduct scenario and “what-if” analyses to assess programme risks and identify mitigation strategies with key stakeholders.\nLead project controls activities across multiple projects, including progress tracking, forecasting, and portfolio reporting.\nPrepare weekly and monthly reports including narratives, KPIs, S-curves, milestone tracking, and executive dashboards for internal and client reporting.\nCoordinate closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Cost Controllers to align programme, cost, and resource planning.\nReview and integrate subcontractor schedules and WBS structures into the master programme.\nMonitor performance against baseline schedules, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions to maintain key milestones such as Energisation and COD.\nSupport tender and contract award phases by developing high-level and detailed schedules and contributing to bid evaluations.\nMaintain structured records of schedule updates, changes, and impacts to ensure traceability and audit readiness.\nAssist in resource planning and optimisation to support project delivery targets.\nWhat we're looking for:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.\n2+ years of experience in project planning or project controls within construction or energy infrastructure projects.\nStrong hands-on experience with MS Project; Primavera P6 experience is advantageous.\nProven experience in schedule validation, scenario analysis, and progress reporting.\nGood understanding of EPC project lifecycle and construction sequencing.\nExperience developing S-curves, dashboards, and performance reports (Excel / MS Project / P6).\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.\nExperience in utility-scale renewable energy projects (Solar PV, BESS) is preferred.\nAdditional Value:\nExperience supporting tender and bid processes.\nExposure to portfolio-level reporting and multi-project environments.\nFamiliarity with planning best practices (AACE / DCMA).\nProactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nShare the Same Value Based Behaviours:\nPeople & Personal growth\nResults orientation & Safety excellence\nCollaboration & Trust\nEmpathy & Effective communication\nFlexibility & Adaptability\nBenefits:\nCompetitive total rewards and flexible working environment\nSupport for professional development and career progression\nOpportunity to work on impactful, large-scale renewable energy projects\nCooperative, innovative, and inclusive working environme\nFollow us on LinkedIn and stay updated on our latest news\nWe respect your personal data.
