project lifecycle.\nKnowledge requirements:\nBachelor degree in a discipline related to renewable energy, engineering is preferred.\nExperience in Quality Management within the renewable energy industry.\nStrong team building skills.\nExperience in contractual documentation and technical specifications.\nKnowledgeable of Civil, Mechanical or Electrical engineering and constructability within renewable energy plants.\nKnowledge of regulatory, environmental and safety requirements.\nAbility to work effectively cross functionally and with multi-disciplinary project teams.\nPossess basic understanding of construction law and generally accepted business practices.\nEffective written and oral communication skills\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, MS Project).\nAdvanced proficiency in Construction Management Software (ideally Procore)\nExperience working in an international company.\nPreffered work experience:\nThree years of experience in a discipline related to construction and/or renewable energy.\nEstimating or site auditing experience is preferred.\nMore generally, extensive experience in quality control and quality management in any other industry is strongly preferred.\nPosition specifications:\nDevelop and implement the project-specific QA/QC plan, procedures, and checklists.\nEnsure that QA/QC requirements are integrated into the construction planning and execution processes.\nConduct regular inspections and tests on materials, equipment, and construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.\nDocument and report any non-conformances, defects, or deviations from the project specifications.\nWork closely with construction managers, site engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure that quality standards are understood and adhered to.\nMaintain accurate and detailed records of inspections, tests, and quality-related activities.\nPrepare and submit regular QA/QC reports to the QA/QC Manager and Site Manager, highlighting any quality issues and recommended corrective actions.\nIdentify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions to address them.\nMonitor the effectiveness of corrective actions and ensure that they are implemented in a timely manner.\nEnsure compliance with relevant quality standards, codes, and regulations.\nConduct internal audits to verify compliance with QA/QC procedures and identify areas for improvement.\nProvide training and guidance to construction teams and subcontractors on QA/QC requirements and best practices.\nPromote a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement on site\nIdentify potential quality risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.\nImplement quality risk assessments and maintain a risk register.\nIdentify opportunities for improving QA/QC processes and procedures.\nVisit Contractors testing facilities, as required, to review quality programs, metrological plans, staff certification and compliance of standard procedures.\nContribute to lessons learned and further development and improvement of construction methods on future
