At METLEN, we foster a culture of resilience, challenge, respect, excellence, andchange, empowering our diverse workforce to achieve remarkable outcomes.\nWe are currently looking for a Technical Services Manager to join our Defense Hub at M Technologies in Volos.\nThe Technical Services Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of all building and technical facilities at the manufacturing plant by implementing and overseeing maintenance programs and infrastructure improvement projects.\nThe role focuses on supervising internal teams and external contractors, ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards, and maintaining the plant's operational readiness at all times.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and implement the strategic maintenance and infrastructure upgrade plan to ensure the long-term sustainability and reliability of the facilities.\nDefine maintenance priorities, project timelines, and KPIs to support safe and uninterrupted plant operations.\nOversee facility development and upgrade projects, managing contractors and suppliers to ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery.\nEnsure the effective execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities across all plant facilities, supported by continuous monitoring and technical reporting.\nCollaborate closely with the COO, Head of BP, and Finance teams to coordinate technical and operational activities.\nDeliver maintenance programs and projects on time, within budget, and in line with agreed objectives.\nDrive initiatives to reduce unplanned maintenance interventions and plant downtime.\nMonitor contractor performance, ensuring cost efficiency, quality of work, and full compliance with health and safety regulations.\nPrepare timely and accurate technical reports and performance updates for senior management.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering \n7-10 years of experience in maintenance management within industrial or technical facilities.\nProven experience in planning and managing preventive and corrective maintenance programs.\nDemonstrated ability to supervise contractors and multidisciplinary technical teams.\nStrong knowledge of maintenance management systems (CMMS) and Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) regulations.\nExcellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills, with a business-oriented mindset and strong focus on operational efficiency.\nFluency in both Greek and English.\nYour Benefits:\nCompetitive remuneration package \nTicket Restaurant Card \nGroup Health Insurance program\nPension Plan \nTransportation allowance\nDiscount on the household electricity bill \nShare the same Value Based Behaviors:\nPeople & Personal growth\nResults orientation & Safety excellence\nCollaboration & Trust\nEmpathy & Effective communication\nFlexibility & Adaptability\nFollow us on LinkedIn and stay updated on our latest news\nWe respect your personal data.
