The ideal candidate combines strong technical capabilities with analytical thinking, business acumen, and the ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.\nResponsibilities:\nAnalyze, design, and support enterprise data solutions using Snowflake and advanced SQL.\nDevelop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, dynamic SQL, joins, and subqueries.\nDesign and optimize Snowflake solutions using Dynamic Tables, Materialized Views, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).\nPerform data profiling, reconciliation, anomaly detection, and data quality analysis.\nSupport enterprise data architecture and data warehouse initiatives, including dimensional modeling and Star/Snowflake schemas.\nDevelop and maintain source-to-target mappings, data lineage, metadata, and integration patterns.\nPrepare and standardize data assets for AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics use cases.\nAnalyze and validate healthcare data across claims, membership, provider, and health plan domains.\nDevelop test plans and execute source-to-target validation, reconciliation, and data quality testing.\nMonitor data quality and contribute to scorecards, automated testing frameworks, defect tracking, and resolution.\nSupport data governance, metadata management, data cataloging, and MDM initiatives.\nGather and translate business requirements into effective data solutions.\nCollaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and cross-functional partners to identify and resolve data issues.\nCommunicate analytical findings and data insights effectively through data storytelling and clear business recommendations.\nEnsure data solutions follow applicable security, governance, and healthcare data requirements, including HIPAA awareness.\nYour Qualifications\n7+ years of experience working with databases.\n3+ years of hands-on Snowflake experience.\nExpert-level SQL development skills, including complex queries, dynamic SQL, stored procedures, reconciliation, and data profiling.\nStrong knowledge of Snowflake Dynamic Tables, Materialized Views, RBAC, data governance, and security.\nExperience with enterprise data architecture and data warehouse design.\nStrong knowledge of dimensional modeling, Star/Snowflake schemas, source-to-target mapping, data lineage, metadata management, and MDM concepts.\nExperience preparing and standardizing data for AI and advanced analytics.\nStrong experience working with healthcare data, including:\nClaims: Professional, institutional, medical, pharmacy, encounter, and adjudication data.\nMembership: Enrollment, eligibility, coverage history, benefits, population health, and member attribution.\nProvider: Directories, contracting, networks, NPI, attribution, and provider hierarchies.\nHealth Plans: Benefits, products, groups, employers, consumer and commercial products, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and ACA Marketplace.\nExperience with data quality and testing, including completeness, accuracy, consistency, timeliness, validity, and uniqueness.\nExperience developing test plans, reconciliation testing, source-to-target validation, automated testing, data quality monitoring, and scorecards.\nKnowledge of data governance frameworks, data catalogs, metadata management, and HIPAA.\nStrong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills.\nExcellent stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.\nAbility to translate complex data concepts into clear, actionable business insights.\nMetova Talent is interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work and reside in the United States.
