You'll help keep information flowing, costs tracked, documentation organized and the project team one step ahead.\nThe Role\nYou'll be responsible for:\nCoordinating information between clients, Project Managers and field teams\nManaging RFIs, QA/QC submittals, permits, shop drawings and project documentation\nCoordinating project-specific purchasing\nTracking labour, equipment, production, costs and budgets\nSupporting change management, billing and reporting\nVisiting active projects and working closely with field teams\nWhat We Need From You\n1-3 years of civil construction project coordination experience or experience in a related role\nUnderstanding of project sequencing, schedules and cost control\nExperience with RFIs, change management and project documentation\nStrong organization and attention to detail\nComfort with construction management software and digital systems\nClass 5 driver's licence and ability to visit active construction sites\nWhat We Can Expect From Us\n$75,000-$100,000/year, based on experience\nBonus program\nCompany vehicle or allowance\nExtended health and dental\nRRSP matching\nPaid training and professional development\nReal opportunities for advancement\nThis is an office and field-based position.
