We believe that we can add value, drive efficiency, and satisfy our customers.\n We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented FP&A professional to support financial planning, margin analysis, category performance evaluation, and revenue forecasting across our wholesale/ retail portfolio. The ideal candidate will partner closely with Category, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Business Finance teams to drive data-backed decision-making, optimize profitability, and enhance business performance.\nJob Responsibilities:\nPrepare the monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and forecasting processes for sales,\nmargins, category performance, and operating expenses.\nDevelop revenue and margin forecasting models using historical trends, pricing strategies,\nmarket dynamics, and promotional plans.\nProvide variance analysis and insights against budget, forecast, and prior period\nperformance.\nAnalyze daily/weekly/monthly business performance including sales, GMV, ASP, sell-through,\nconversion rates, and customer behavior trends.\nTrack revenue drivers across channels-online, offline, marketplace, all multichannel sales-\nhighlighting risks and opportunities.\nSupport pricing, discounting, and promotional effectiveness studies to improve top-line and\nmargin outcomes.\nConduct category-level profitability analysis including gross margin, net margin, contribution\nmargin, and SKU-level economics.\nPartner with Category & Merchandising teams to evaluate assortment mix, price positioning,\nmarkdown strategy, and product lifecycle profitability\nProduce margin bridge analysis (price, mix, cost, discounting, shrinkage, etc.) to identify\nimprovement levers.\nPrepare weekly/monthly business review decks with key metrics, KPIs, and performance\ncommentary.\nBuild and maintain dashboards (Excel/BI tools) for real-time monitoring of sales, margins,\nand category health.\nEnsure data accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of reports to stakeholders.\nBusiness Partnering\nCollaborate cross-functionally with Buying, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Operations, and\nMarketing teams to support commercial decision-making.\nPresent financial insights to leadership, highlighting actionable recommendations and\nperformance drivers.\nProcess Improvement & Automation\nIdentify opportunities to improve financial processes, reduce manual work, and enhance\nreporting accuracy.\nDrive automation using Excel macros, Power BI, or other tools to streamline financial\nworkflows.\n Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or related\nfields.
