  • Tagesgeschäft: Betriebswirtschaftliche Steuerung von Warengruppen sowie Sortimentsgestaltung und -optimierung und Bearbeitung von Preiskörben/ Preisvergleichen.
  • Steuerung: Vorbereitung, Führung und Dokumentation von Jahresgesprächen und unterjährigen Verhandlungen mit Lieferanten sowie Erkennen und Umsetzen von Markttrends.
  • Verantwortung: Durchführung von Ausschreibungen / eSourcing und Verantwortung für die Pflege von Einkaufs- und Verkaufspreisen sowie von Lieferanten - und Artikellistungen.
  • Kommunikation: Ansprechpartner/in für unsere Großmärkte und Industriepartner, Vertretung des Category Managers und Besuch nationaler und internationaler Messen.
  • Routine: Erstellung und Auswertung von Statistiken / Analysen.
  • Ausbildung: Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit relevanter Berufserfahrung im Handel.
  • Skills: Hohe Warenaffinität und Begeisterung für eine oder mehrere „Food“ Warengruppe/n, idealerweise Fleisch sowie starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit, gepaart mit Durchsetzungskraft und sicherem Auftreten.
  • IT: Sehr gute PC-Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office und Warenwirtschaftssystemen.
  • Sprache: Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C2) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B1/B2).
  • Persönlichkeit: Ausgeprägtes Organisationsvermögen und hohe Teamfähigkeit, strategische und analytische Kompetenz, insbesondere bei der Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung mit fokussierter Kundenorientierung.
