and telecommunications infrastructure.\nDesigns, evaluates, installs, and maintains enterprise network infrastructure solutions to support business and operational requirements.\nProvides technical support and consultation to IT operations, enterprise architecture, service management teams, information security, and subsidiaries.\nPlans, recommends, and implements enterprise-level network infrastructure roadmaps to ensure availability, performance, and security.\nSpecific Duties & Responsibilities:\nInstalls, administers, and maintains enterprise network infrastructure components and telecommunications facilities.\nEnsures network infrastructure availability, performance, and security are maintained within agreed service levels.\nConducts research on network security, routing, switching, and emerging technologies to improve infrastructure resilience and cost efficiency.\nProvides technical support and consultancy services to internal stakeholders and subsidiaries.\nDelivers second-level support for network-related incidents and coordinates vendor support when required.\nInvestigates infrastructure issues and implements corrective measures to minimize recurring incidents.\nCoordinates with solution providers, vendors, and telecommunications partners regarding product enhancements, fixes, and support requirements.\nMonitors the health and performance of network infrastructure and regularly reports status and capacity concerns.\nPerforms maintenance activities, tuning, preventive maintenance, backups, and system housekeeping.\nMaintains accurate and secure infrastructure documentation.\nProvides technical guidance and knowledge transfer to other network administrators.\nConducts root cause analysis and recommends long-term solutions to operational issues.\nIdentifies automation opportunities for recurring operational tasks.\nRecommends and implements monitoring tools and improvements to address infrastructure visibility gaps.\nPerforms capacity planning and forecasting to ensure infrastructure scalability and timely resource allocation.\nPerforms other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.\nAt least 3-5 years of experience in network administration, network infrastructure support, or telecommunications management.\nStrong knowledge of network technologies, including routing, switching, WAN/LAN, and network security.\nExperience in troubleshooting and maintaining enterprise network infrastructure.\nKnowledge of infrastructure monitoring, capacity planning, and performance management.\nExperience working with vendors and telecommunications service providers.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nNetwork certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA Network+) are an advantage.\nOther Details:\nRank: Junior
