Активный поиск: работа с базами, холодный обзвон.

Проведение первичных интервью и телефонных скринингов.

Ведение отчётности по воронке подбора.

Опыт массового подбора от 6 месяцев (склад, производство, ритейл, логистика будут являться преимуществом).

Уверенное владение job-сайтами и инструментами активного поиска.

Навык проведения большого количества интервью в день.

Грамотная речь, стрессоустойчивость, умение работать в высоком темпе.
