We believe that we can add value, drive efficiency, and satisfy our customers.\n Role Summary\nWe are seeking an experienced 5 yrs + D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Technical Consultant / Developer to support, enhance, and maintain our global D365 platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in X++ development, customizations, integrations, and Microsoft Azure technologies. The role will focus on delivering scalable solutions, implementing API-based/ Flat file-based (Using LogicApps) integrations, supporting business requirements, and ensuring high-quality technical delivery across the D365 ecosystem.\nKey Responsibilities\nCore Responsibilities (Mandatory)\nDevelop, customize, and maintain solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations using X++.\nSupport and enhance existing D365 applications and integrations.\nDesign, develop, and maintain API-based integrations between D365 and external systems.\nDevelop and consume/expose REST APIs, custom services, OData services, and Data Entities.\nCollaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and application owners to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.\nEnsure adherence to development best practices with a focus on performance, maintainability, scalability, and security.\nAnalyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in development, test, and production environments.\nParticipate in code reviews, testing, deployment activities, and release management.\nPrepare technical documentation and communicate relevant system changes to business users and stakeholders.\nIdentify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement within the D365 landscape.\nCollaborate with internal teams and external service providers to deliver and support solutions.\nAdditional Responsibilities (Preferred)\nSupport environment management and deployments through Lifecycle Services (LCS).\nAssist with One Version updates, release validation, and platform maintenance activities.\nDesign and implement Azure Logic Apps and other Azure-based integration services.\nSupport user access management, security roles, and compliance requirements within D365.\nContribute to CI/CD pipeline setup and deployment automation using Azure DevOps.\nEvaluate emerging Microsoft technologies and recommend relevant solutions and improvements.\nRequired Technical Competencies\nMandatory\nStrong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations technical development.\nAdvanced proficiency in X++ development, extensions, customizations, and integrations.\nExperience developing and consuming REST APIs, custom APIs, and web services.\nStrong understanding of D365 Data Entities, OData, Custom Services, and integration frameworks.\nExperience with Microsoft Azure services and integration technologies.\nKnowledge of Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, source control, and deployment processes.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.\nAbility to work effectively in a global and cross-functional environment.\nExcellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.\n Preferred Qualifications\nExperience with Lifecycle Services (LCS) administration and environment management.\nExperience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, and integration patterns.\nKnowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.\nUnderstanding of D365 security framework, roles, duties, privileges, and user access management.\nExperience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) integrations.\nFamiliarity with SharePoint integrations and Microsoft cloud services.\nExperience supporting One Version updates and release management
