Let the right career opportunity find you and join us!\n Your Responsibilities:\nEstablish the enterprise business architecture vision, strategy, and frameworks to ensure standardization, harmonization, and simplification;\n Define and manage core enterprise architecture artifacts (Enterprise Meta Model, business capability maps, as-is/target landscapes);\nAlign strategic architecture roadmaps with business and IT leadership to support transformation and innovation;\nLead architecture governance to control complexity, manage risks, and ensure solution interoperability. \n Required key competencies and qualifications:\nDeep expertise (5+ years minimum) in business capability modeling, enterprise meta models, and cross-domain business processes (ideally in wholesale and or B2C groceries);\nProven track record in leading organization-wide transformation initiatives and delivering measurable business and IT outcomes;\nSkilled in enterprise architecture governance, ensuring standardization, simplification, and risk control;\nStrong ability to develop and align strategic roadmaps with business and IT strategies;\nExceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills at executive level;\nAdept at mapping complex solution landscapes to business needs and identifying optimization opportunities;\nCollaborative leader, able to work closely with other architects and cross-functional teams to maintain a holistic enterprise view;\nExcellent communicator, able to translate technical architecture into business-relevant narratives;\nExperience in scaling architecture frameworks in large, complex, multinational organizations. \nVery good fluency in English (written and verbal). \nThis resonates with you?
