You must have a genuine passion for creative design.\nWill be responsible for creating/following production/design guidelines and standard and ensure those being followed diligently.\nWill be responsible for visualizing & designing screens based on approved look & feel and design guidelines standards.\nWill be responsible for reviewing creative output from a visual perspective and will also be responsible for ensuring products meeting visuals QA standards. Should have a keen eye for detail.\nPreparing mockups and presenting them to customers before deciding on a final design/concept. Should be able to turn mock-ups into reality.\nCreates and updates internal processes and templates to minimize future content development time.\nCollaborating with team members to develop the different output types.\n Bachelor’s degree\nMust have at least 3+ years hands-on experience in creating promotional content (flyers, brochures etc) /e-learning/publishing house content domain or any other related domain\nPrint media experience is a big positive\nShould be comfortable in working on content in non-English language like European languages\nMust be in touch with Adobe Creative Cloud for at least 2 years on a daily basis.\nIntermediate knowledge on Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and other graphic tools\nHands-on experience in motion graphics via Adobe Animate and should also be able to work on Adobe After Effect and Premiere Pro\nA keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.\nMust be creative and eager to learn about new developments in the field.\nGood communication skills to accurately communicate with the team and the client.\nMindful of client’s needs and the time associated with what is being delivered.\n Must have good visualization and conceptualization skills.
