We believe that we can add value, drive efficiency, and satisfy our customers.\n How you will make an impact:\nAs Service Manager, you are responsible for the functional management of the external IT partner in the\nareas of Compute, Storage, Databases and Application Server. You ensure that contracted services are\ndelivered reliably, cost-effectively and in line with business needs.\nThe role combines strong technical knowledge in the datacenter domain with operational discipline and\nstrategic responsibilities. You safeguard service stability, manage escalations, oversee capacity and\nresource planning, and continuously drive improvements in service quality and processes.\nYou act as a key interface between business units, security, procurement, local IT entities and the external\npartner.\nYour Responsibilities:\nManage and coordinate the external IT partner\nMonitor and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)\nControl and optimize budgets within the assigned scope\nHandle escalations related to service incidents and deviations\nConduct capacity and resource planning (compute, storage, databases, application servers)\nDrive strategic service development (technology roadmaps, process improvements)\nAct as a key interface between business units, security, procurement, local IT entities, and the\nexternal partner\n Required key competencies and qualifications:\n- Professional experience in IT infrastructure:\nCompute (Windows, Linux, VMware, etc.)\nStorage (NetApp, Cloud Storage Solutions)\nDatabases (Oracle, Microsoft SQL, Postgres, etc.)\nApplication Servers (Apache Tomcat, JBoss/WildFly, Oracle WebLogic, Oracle Forms)\n- Solid experience in managing external partners and applying service management practices\n- Strong technical understanding of modern hybrid datacenter architectures\n- Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset\n- Strong communication skills and experience working in cross-functional, international teams\n- Strategic mindset with the ability to contribute to long-term planning\n- High level of ownership;
